In accordance with Section 1-75(a)(3) of the IPA Act, “other interested parties” may request to see the Agency’s list of qualified applicants and their responses. Under Section 1-75(a)(3), objections to any experts or expert consulting firms must be made by “notify[ing] the Agency in writing.” The deadline for registering objections is October 28, 2019.

July 12, 2018 – The Illinois Power Agency announces that it has selected InClime, Inc. to be its Program Administrator for the Adjustable Block Program. The selection was made after evaluating the submittals received in response to its issuance of 18-RFQ-01 and 18-RFP-01 earlier this year.
