The following firms have passed the initial screen in 20-RFQ-01 and are being invited to respond to 20-RFP-01: Black & Veatch, Charles River Associates, FTI Consulting, London Economics lnternational, PA Consulting, and Levitan & Associates.

  • 10/30/2019 - Initial Screen for 20-RFQ-01 Complete

The following firms have passed the initial screen in 20-RFQ-01 and will be invited to respond to 20-RFP-01: Black & Veatch, Charles River Associates, FTI Consulting, London Economics lnternational, PA Consulting, and Levitan & Associates. The Agency expects to issue 20-RFP-01 in the next few weeks.

The Agency has received and reviewed responses to 20-RFQ-01, its Request for Qualifications for expert firms to serve as the Agency’s Procurement Planning Consultant. In accordance with Section 1-75(a)(3) of the IPA Act, “other interested parties” may request to see the Agency’s list of qualified applicants and their responses. Under Section 1-75(a)(3), objections to any experts or expert consulting firms must be made by “notify[ing] the Agency in writing.” The deadline for registering objections is October 28, 2019.

The Illinois Power Agency announces that pursuant to Section 1-56(b)(6) of the Illinois Power Agency Act it has selected APPRISE, Incorporated to be the Evaluator for the Illinois Solar for All Program. The selection was made after evaluating the submittals received in response to its issuance of 19-RFQ-02 and 19-RFP-02. The proposed contract was approved by the Illinois Commerce Commission at its August 7, 2019 Regular Open Meeting pursuant to its authority under Section 16-111.5(b)(5)(ii)(B)(iii) of the Public Utilities Act.

The following firms have passed the initial screen in 19-RFQ-02 and are invited to respond to 19-RFP-02: Apprise, Cadmus, DNV GL, Evergreen Economics, Frontier Energy, ILLUME Advising, Itron, Navigant Consulting, NMR Group, and Opinion Dynamics.

The Illinois Power Agency has released a Request for Qualifications, 19-RFQ-02, seeking qualified and responsible expert firms to serve as the Evaluator for the Illinois Solar for All Program

The Adjustable Block Program is now open for project applications from Approved Vendors.

The opening of the Adjustable Block Program for project applications will be postponed from January 15, 2019 to January 30, 2019.
