Section 16-111.5 of the Illinois Public Utilities Act contains various provisions relating to the procurement of electricity by the largest of Illinois' electric utilities. This page will provide links to procurement plan cases filed on the Commission’s eDocket system and to the procurement administrator(s) web site(s). This page will post notices of procurement event results. Finally, this page will be used to post documents relating to the retrospective informal hearing process pursuant to Section 16-111.5(o) that will take place sometime around June each year.
